Every year the Trailblazers gather at the Italian CRM event: Salesforce Live Milano took place on 7 June at MiCo. It is a time for networking, sharing stories, innovation and future perspectives to continue to assist customers in the Digital Transformation. We at WebResults were present as Platinum Partner with a booth and all our passion for digital, innovation and sharing. Our customer La Marzocco, an ever-expanding manufacturer of handcrafted coffee machines, presented its successful project. The speech illustrated how we digitised B2B sales processes, customised Customer Service and made Field Service agile in order to accelerate the company's business. On stage: Andrea Pistolesi (IT Project Manager of La Marzocco) e Mirko D'Amico (Commercial Technician of Marzocco) and Ezio Granese (Account Manager of WebResult).

In the HR area, Enrico Agus (Head of Onboarding WebResults) participated in the Salesforce speech on Talent Management. We are the partner most committed to talent acquisition and training within Salesforce's Talent Alliance and Talent Factory programme. We illustrated our commitment to supporting both new talent and to growing existing talent by enhancing their specific skills and qualities.

To share our point of view and compare it with other partners and Salesforce itself, Alessandro Plebani (CTO of WebResults) took part in the round table discussion with journalist Loris Frezzato (ICT Business), Carmine Stragapede ( Regional Vice President Alliances & Channels di Salesforce) e Stefano Cassola (Corporate Communications Director Southern Europe and EMEA di Salesforce) . Topics discussed included the exponential growth of CRM, from Cloud pioneers to the New Normal, research and talent development, the vertical approach to ecosystem solution industries, and the challenges that the various players in this digital evolution are facing. A real journey attended by professionists like us, support customers by designing and integrating CRM solutions to make business ecosystems more agile.
