We are part of Engineering Enterprise Solutions, the Competence Center of Engineering Group, and we guide our partners towards the integration of best fit technology for CRM processes, through a Hybrid Agile approach and the use of Cloud technology.

We successfully accompany companies in the digital era thanks to a team of over 300 professionals, 400 projects and more than 400 certifications, which allow us to develop and integrate agile and flexible solutions.

The use of innovative technology, which Salesforce provides natively, allows us to maximize the use of standard components and at the same time minimize customization, using Low-Code developments.

Founded in 1999, WebResults specializes in CRM & Cloud Computing solutions to support the sales, marketing and customer service processes of companies. Since its foundation, WebResults has helped organizations of all sizes create extraordinary experiences for their customers. In 2005, we became a certified partner of Salesforce, the world's leading Cloud Computing and Customer Relationship Management platform, making us one of the pioneers of innovation on the Cloud.

WebResults combines Salesforce technology and vertical industry expertise with business process knowledge to provide end-to-end control. We have grown with Salesforce technology and in 2015 we combined our strengths in CRM solutions with Engineering Group consulting to offer comprehensive support, at every stage of digital transformation.

We promote the potential of the Cloud to enable companies to adapt quickly to different contexts and achieve faster and more effective time-to-value.

The New Millennium brings great technological ferment and WebResults enters the market as an Application Service Provider (ASP) with web-based applications from its data centers in Milan and Genoa. Salesforce takes its first steps into PaaS.

Innovation as well as consulting: WebResults develops its solution dedicated to Salesforce, the software BPM ProcessClick, a suite of easy-to-use tools that simplifies the entire configuration of the life cycle of each business process according to user-friendly logics. Not only agile, but also native, it lands on the AppExchange, the Salesforce marketplace where it has a dedicated showcase.
